The apartment is in the center of Athens and occupies a total area of 62sqm.
Previously fragmented spaces have been unified, and large openings have been
created on both sides of the apartment. Between the master bedroom and the joined
living-kitchen there is a black volume, which incorporates the WC and storage
spaces, acting as an open loft with ambient lighting. The trapezium outline of the
apartment is part of the design with the creation of custom constructions of
corresponding geometry (island, closets) that serve the functionality of the joined
spaces and form interesting outward visual escapes. The polished cement floor fades gradually into a geometric pattern of white bathroom tiles in the shower area for both aesthetic and functional reasons.
